Every year Woodworking Network selects and celebrates the next generation of wood industry professionals. These are business owners who work hard to make an impact on wood products manufacturing in North America. Those selected are considered to be innovators – and even disruptors, age 40 and younger – for their achievements in the workplace and the inspiration they provide others.
