The Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Libre Holiday Pop-Up was designed to create a luxury brand experience through a custom-built retail activation. The space featured a 12′ x 10′ freestanding structure, gold mirror laminated surfaces, edge-lit branding, and high-resolution digital displays. The goal was to blend YSL’s premium aesthetic with a seamless customer journey, providing an interactive and visually striking experience.

1. Non-Invasive Installation

Holt Renfrew’s strict retail compliance required a self-supporting structure with no permanent fasteners.

• Solution: Engineered modular walls with weighted bases and precision joinery to ensure stability without adhesives.

2. Visual & Material Consistency

Maintaining YSL’s high-end branding meant flawless execution in mirror finishes, lighting, and graphic elements.

• Solution: CNC-machined gold mirror panels, edge-lit acrylic signage, and flush-mounted digital displays for a polished look.

3. Fast-Paced Installation & Dismantling

A high-traffic retail environment required a rapid overnight setup and teardown without disrupting operations.

• Solution: Prefabricated components and a plug-and-play electrical system streamlined the process, ensuring a smooth transition.
