Creating a Bold, Immersive Brand World for Conscious Beauty

Youth to the People, a modern skincare brand rooted in superfood science and social impact, partnered with RFP Design Inc. and Park Creative Studio to bring their traveling outpost to life. Designed as a multi-location activation, the pop-up demanded a highly mobile, interactive, and brand-driven environment that could engage guests and visually communicate the brand’s purpose-led identity.

We delivered a fully integrated millwork and fabrication solution—complete with custom fixtures, signage, and immersive design features—while prioritizing mobility, sustainability, and aesthetic consistency.

Challenges & Solutions

  1. Design for Travel & Repetition
Challenge: Elements needed to be installable, durable, and transportable across multiple cities.
Solution: Engineered a modular system using cam locks, cleats, and prefabricated finishes to streamline setup and breakdown with minimal tools.
  2. Aligning Brand Voice with Physical Constraints
Challenge: Translating the bold, clean, and eco-conscious visual identity into physical materials.
Solution: Sourced sustainable materials like FSC-certified plywood and low-VOC finishes, while balancing aesthetic goals with commercial practicality.
  3. Late-Stage Graphic Asset Delivery
Challenge: Graphics were not finalized until close to fabrication completion.
Solution: Designed panels with TBD substrates and easy-insert hardware to allow for quick graphic installation post-fabrication.
